Patient participated in a 45-minute Occupational Therapy group utilizing Boundary Mandala ('Things I Can Control') to address emotional regulation and interpersonal boundary awareness. Session was conducted using Cole's Seven Steps (orientation/warm-up, activity demands, sharing work, affective processing, generalizing principles, discharge application, wrap-up). Task demands were graded for an aggregate Allen Cognitive Level (ACL) 4.2–5.0 milieu (goal-directed actions and exploratory learning). Pt attended the full session with a cooperative demeanor. Initiated and completed the activity steps independently for multi-step sequencing. Interacted appropriately with peers and maintained respectful boundaries without need for staff redirection. Reflected on group themes and articulated how to apply the skill to post-discharge routines.
